the room was a bit dated but the complimentary breakfast buffet was fantastic. plenty of choices from waffles to bacon. the staff were very friendly. and the comfortable bed made sleeping a pleasure.

I was appalled by the condition of the room. The bed was uncomfortable, sagging in the middle, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels were frayed and stained, and the toiletries provided were subpar. Check out was a hassle. I had to wait an unreasonable time while the staff checked my room, which felt unnecessary and disrespectful given my disability.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a weekend pause in Bacolod with very good value for money. The beds we slept in were comfy, and I appreciated the daily breakfast options that changed every couple of days. Make sure to check the location of the parking, as it’s a bit far from the entrance.

Room sockets are far from the bed, making charging a hassle, and the small elevator can be inconvenient during peak hours. An odd rule regarding a corkage fee for food deliveries feels anti-customer, especially given that there were patrons bringing in food from nearby places without any issues. Breakfast can turn chaotic due to heavy crowds, making it a challenge to snag a plate.
